Dealer creates the quote

The salesperson builds the quote as normal in their Dealer Management System (DMS) - vehicle, trade-in, extras, and negotiated price.

Quote is uploaded to Drive Ninja

The quote is sent to the platform automatically via API connection with their DMS, or manually through the Drive Ninja dealership portal.

QR code is generated

A unique QR code is created for that quote, ready to share with the customer - on screen, printed, or via messaging.

In the customer's banking app

Customer scans the QR code

The customer scans the QR code and their mobile banking app opens. The quote is linked to their auto marketplace account. Any future quotes from that dealer appear automatically.

Checkout journey begins

The customer begins checkout - in the dealership or later, at their convenience, for the validity of the quote. The experience is identical whether the purchase originated digitally or in-person.

Select products and payment

Customers choose financial products, add extras (insurance, tinting, accessories), and combine payment methods - bank finance, account balance, loyalty points, and credit card.

Example: Auto finance for 40,000 AED + window tinting from the dealer + 20,000 from current account + 5,000 loyalty points + remainder on credit card.

Inline onboarding for each product

Any required onboarding is initiated inline - e.g. a finance application, pre-filled with vehicle and dealer data already known to the platform. Approved instantly, then back to the next step.

Confirmation and fulfilment

At confirmation, the transaction is complete and confirmed with all parties. Post-purchase, every fulfilment step - preparation, registration, delivery - is visible in the banking app.
